Refund policy

You can return Jelly Bra S–5XL within 30 days of delivery. The bra needs to be unworn, unwashed, and sent back with the original tags and packaging. Exchanges for another size in the S–5XL range are the usual first step when the fit is the only issue.

Write to suporte@louisep.store with your Whop receipt and the size you want. RMF Global LLC, a Wyoming LLC, is the seller. Mailing address: 32 Seminole Ave 1FL, Claymont, DE 19703, USA. This checkout does not sell a return-shipping add-on. Return postage is described in the reply to that email.

Refunds go back to the original Whop payment after the return is checked in.
